I am the other house mate, I am a 30 year old spanish girl, I work in retail-hospitality during weekdays (weekends off). I want to find someone chill, tidy and able to hang out with me sometimes! I respect always your personal space, I understand we need our time alone sometimes.
The house is in Lisburn road , bus stop 5 min walk from the house (it takes just 10 min to arrive to the centre).
House bills £40 approximately (it will increase in winter) and £16 internet.
This is a pet friendly house, the landlord agreed to accept someone who owns a dog, but no cats. If you have any other type of animal I could always ask them .
The house is freshly painted, and the room will be painted right before someone moves in, so It will look like new!
