I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January. I have a premium studio with disabled access but available to all. It has a full wet room for a bathroom with a waterfall and telephone shower. It has roll under counters in the kitchen and is equipped with induction hob, combination microwave and an under counter fridge/freezer. It has a double bed with a lot of storage underneath and a decent size desk. The building has a games area, social space, laundry facilities and frequent resident events. It’s a 10 minute walk to the queen’s university campus and approximately 15minutes to the city centre. All bills are included in the rent. More photos available on request.
