Premium/ Accessible Studio Flat - Botanic Studios

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from April 10th. The contract runs until the end of August, and the room is currently available to rebook for the next academic year.

I have a premium studio with disabled access but available to all students. It has a full wet room for a bathroom with a waterfall and telephone shower. It is equipped with safety handles. It has roll under counters in the kitchen and is equipped with induction hob, combination microwave and an under counter fridge/freezer. It has a double bed with a lot of storage underneath. The room has a double wardrobe, storage cupboard and a decent size desk with drawers. The room also comes with a table and 2 chairs, plus a desk chair.

The building has a games area, social space, laundry facilities and frequent resident events. There is also a secure bike store and outside social space. It has recently had a new gym fitted.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the queen’s university campus and approximately 15 minutes to the city centre. All bills are included in the rent. More photos available on request. Would also be able to offer viewings.
