Single room available for just 2 months'-'5 days

The room is going to be available from Nov 25th to January 20th to be exact! Perfect for students to commute to queen's university and who are in between houses. Cheap stay, hard to find any other room at this rate for a temporary stay. The rent needs to be paid in full for the whole stay at a time, that way neither you nor me could have any problem and the stay will be smooth and peaceful. No deposit, just whole rent payment upfront. It'll be 900 pounds including all bills for the whole stay. 1st come 1st served. Advance need to be paid to confirm the stay which is 300 pounds and rest need to be paid the day before check-in while collecting the property keys. Please contact as soon as possible as the property is not going to be available for very long.
