Friendly houseshare in convenient buzzing Ballyhac

I am looking to sublet my lovely double room in Ballyhackamore from 1st December (or earlier) until 20th February. Can be flexible with dates.

Convenient location, close to the G1 Glider and all the shops and cafes of Ballyhackamore and Belmont road.

Looking for a friendly, tidy, and easygoing person. You will be sharing this spacious 3-storey 4-bed house with a couple made up of Ana and Roger who are so friendly, welcoming and kind, as well as two georgeous 7-month kittens called Twix and Rolo!

The house comprises of a reception room, dining room, and kitchen on the ground floor, bathroom (with bath and shower), your bedroom, and spacious living room on first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is a spare room so you can have people to stay if you have a friend visiting etc. There is also a garden.

There is a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The couple are musicians so this may not be suitable for people who work nights as they practise their instruments occasionally during the day.

There is unrestricted on-street parking.

Bills are roughly £70pcm.
