House mate going travelling so looking someone to take over lease in their own name from end of Jan start of Feb but this is open to discussion for the right person

Rent 400 deposit 400 via Kitson Residential and basic monthly bills 90 gas electric wifi and tv including Netflix

Lease is August to August but I would aim to stay here for another 1-2 years before buying

Apartment block is split into 4 apartments so quite quiet -two apartments on ground floor and 2 on 1st floor - we are on first floor stairs only

Parking available

Tv and side drawers provided - doesn’t belong to landlord so can be dumped if unwanted

I am at work most days, 7-4. I work from home 1 day a week and wouldn’t mind someone doing the same 1-2 days max. Not suitable for full time work from home as no separate office and it’s a shared living space.

I have a second job and am out usually on a Thursday evening or one evening per week and a Saturday 12-11 depending what I have on
