En-Suite Available 1st May-11th July

*Shorter stays can be considered*- I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Great Patrick Street from 1st May until 11th July. I’m a master’s student finishing in April, so I need to leave a bit early. The room is en-suite with a shared kitchen, and the building has great security, a free on-site gym, and paid laundry facilities. All my flatmates are lovely, clean, and friendly. The flat is currently all girls, but men are absolutely welcome, and it’s fully LGBTQ+ friendly. International students are more than welcome too. The location is ideal — right next to Ulster University, only a 15-minute bus ride to Queen’s, and about a 7-minute walk to Belfast City Hall. Perfect for anyone looking for short-term accommodation over the summer.
