Double bedroom available in a cosy townhouse located just a few minutes walk from city hall. The house is modern, well kept, fully furnished and ready to move in to.

I'm the lead tenant for the property and look after it for the owner, so you will mainly be living with me, but owner stays in a spare room occasionally when he's in Belfast. We are both friendly and very tidy people.

The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is not suitable as a party house, so I'm only looking for serious long term tenants who are genuinely clean and tidy and treat the place with care and respect. Messy housemates are a no-go.

Rent includes:
• 512mb fibre optic broadband (Virgin media)
• Council tax of 120 p/m

Utilities are pay as you go so not included in rent, but are minimal overall. A cleaner also regularly comes in which is split down the middle.
