Double bedroom available in a modern and very cosy townhouse located just a few minutes walk from city hall.

House is modern, well kept, fully furnished and ready to move in to. Bedroom has been recently refurbished with new wall plastering, carpets, mattresses and furniture.

You will mainly be living with me, but owner/landlord stays in the 3rd room occasionally. We are both friendly and very tidy people.

We're looking for a working professional in 20s or 30s who is a genuinely neat and tidy person and is willing to contribute to keeping the place clean and homely and will treat it with care and respect. This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is not suitable as a party house, so looking for serious long term tenants only.

Rent includes:
• 512mb fibre optic broadband (Virgin media)
• Council tax of 120 p/m

Electric and gas heating are pay as you go and not included in rent. We are also looking to get a cleaner in regular to ensure property is keep in prestige condition.
