Room Available to Rent in South East Belfast

I am currently a tenant in a house shared with 2 other females aged 28 & 30 and sadly I am moving out, therefore I need to find someone to replace me as to fill the room. The house is situated in south east Belfast not far off the ormeau road but also close to the city centre. There is a bus stop right outside the front door which makes it really accessible for getting to places. The house is situated in a residential area meaning this is not suitable for students and professionals only. My exact move out date has not been fully confirmed as yet but the room will 100% be available from end of Jan / start of feb. There is one bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a small living room and kitchen within the house alongside a driveway for parking, a garage and outside back garden.
