Room to rent very close to city centre!

Hi, I am looking for a flatmate to rent out my double room, I’m a clean and easy person to live with and get along with, super easy going but of course, respect where respect is due, looking for someone who is financially responsible, tidy, respectful and has good communication skills, ideally has rented before but all good if you haven’t! The apartment is literally across the road from the city centre, bills are not that expensive either and there’s underground parking too.
