Newly refubished home in Rosetta

Two bright double rooms available in a newly refurbished home located in Rosetta, just off the Ormeau Road. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and an office. The rooms are available from the first weekend of January 2026. The initial let is for 6 months with the possibility of extending for longer.

My boyfriend and I currently live in the property. From the start of February, I will be working away Monday to Friday, returning home most weekends. My boyfriend will also be out of the house regularly, so the home will often be quiet.

We are looking for considerate, tidy and respectful individuals who will treat the house as their own and enjoy a comfortable, relaxed living environment.
Couples welcome, however this would be for renting both rooms together, rather than sharing a single room.

Rent: £650 per month per room, plus gas and electricity (split equally between occupants).
Included: WiFi, Sky TV and Netflix.
