En-Suite Room in South Belfast

The room is a large and spacious en-suite in a five bedroom family home off the Malone Road. It is furnished with a bed, two bedside tables, desk, chair and spacious sliderobes for storage. It also has a private en-suite with shower, sink, toilet and storage.

The home is owned by me (Michael) and my partner (Timothy), however we are currently travelling and spend little time in the house. There are two other bedrooms in the house that are occasionally occupied – one by a friend who has been living with us off-and-on, and another by guests on Airbnb. You may therefore often have the entire space to yourself, while at other times you will be sharing it with us, our friend, and occasionally also with short-term guests.

Bills are included. You will have access to high-speed commercial grade Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped and modern kitchen, and a large landscaped garden with a pod where you can read, relax, etc.

Ideally, we are looking for somebody who is responsible, friendly, respectful and clean.
