Good location:
30mins on foot to Ulster University/City Centre.
Right beside Waterworks park, local bars/shops/gyms.
Public transportation - 2 bus routes 2 minutes from the apartment. Yorkgate train station is 20 mins away on foot.
I think this would be an idea location for an international student studying at Ulster or Queens. I love learning new languages and speak French so am open to housemates from any culture.
I work hybrid so can be at home or in the office during the work week. I don't mind guests however the building is fairly quiet so it's not suitable for a regular party atmosphere. I love getting to know new people though and am very into chill evenings, making cocktails playing board games etc
