Double room available with wardrobe and space for under bed storage. The apartment complex is generally quiet with a shared enclosed outdoor space. Bedding can be provided and there is a washer dryer in the apartment.

Bills aren't included but Gas and Electricity are paid by top up card on a pay as you go basis. Currently no broadband but potential to get this installed.

Good location:
30mins on foot to Ulster University/City Centre.
Right beside Waterworks park, local bars/shops/gyms.
Public transportation - 2 bus routes 2 minutes from the apartment. Yorkgate train station is 20 mins away on foot.

I think this would be an idea location for an international student studying at Ulster or Queens. I live in the apartment but travel for work so there may be extended periods of time when I'm out of town so you'll have the place to yourself.
