Hi! I’m a Queen’s University student looking to move back home and appoint someone for the rest of my lease which ends on 14/08/26.

The official lease changeover date is 01/02/26, but I’m happy to help the new tenant get set up and ready to move in ASAP.

We live in a ground floor flat on Fitzroy Avenue, a 5 minute walk from Queen’s main campus with plenty of shops close by and on the Ormeau road. Our current household is 2 friendly student/professional males and 1 female (me).

Rent is £400 pcm, including 1 month’s rent to get the lease changed over. Bills like gas/electric are split amongst the 3 flatmates.
