Double Room Available in Recently Refurbished Hous

Room with double bed available in great location on Ormeau Road. Twenty minute walk to town, right beside Ormeau Park. Sharing with three lovely girls in their 20’s who are all working professionals - pharmacist, marketing and engineer. Not a party house - may not be suitable for students.

The landlord is so reasonable and lovely - very quick to sort an issues/ replacements. Everything in the house is shared, including x2 new coffee machines, Delph, cutlery etc. There are two bathrooms with x2 showers, so waiting is never an issue. I’ve lived here for over three years and loved it but am now moving in with my boyfriend.

Bills are not included but are very little - our landlord pays the electricity bill every quarter and we just add it in to our rent, but it’s never much. The gas is topped up using a top-up card ad-hoc. WiFi is ~£8 per month.
