Double room available to rent on Lisburn road ( very close to Adelaide train station ) two bedroom house.

Warm cosy house with secured rear patio. Looking for tidy and considerate housemate. The room also comes with a large cupboard beside the bedroom.

I work 4-5 nights a week so you would have the house to yourself most nights.

Plenty of on street parking at the front of the house.

Bills split between myself and future tennant.
-Oil heating.

Landlord would like to ask for a written reference from a previous landlord and proof of income :)
