Stranmillis Double Ensuite Room - From Sept 2026

We're looking for someone to move in with us from 1 September 2026.

We would like to find someone within our age range (24-30). The household for the coming year will be two males and one female; with no preference, except that we are not interested in a couple moving in.

We would ideally want a working professional, and would not be looking for someone who works permanently from home.

The room is a double and has an en-suite with a shower. The house has a large open plan living room / kitchen, private off-street parking with electronic gates and a large roof terrace.

We are off of Stranmillis which has a good selection of shops, a 10-15 minute walk to the Tesco on Lisburn Road, and a 25 minute walk to the City Centre.

The current housemates have all met on SpareRoom within the last three years. We are sociable with a mixed range of interests. Ideally we would find someone who enjoys spending time in the shared living space, and going out together.

Our electricity bill works out to be roughly £20-£30 pp/pcm (paid quarterly), gas is usually around £40 pp/pcm in winter but much less in summer, and broadband is currently £10 a month (Virgin Media 500mb).

We will only offer in person viewings. A deposit will be required when signing for the property. A history of payslips will be needed to show income, and you will also need a UK guarantor.
