Current housemate is a 30s christian female American PHD student, attends a local GAFCON church. Looking for someone social who likes to hang out, enjoys TV, films and games nights.

A 2 minute drive, 10 minute cycle and 25 minute walk from main Queens campus.

Bills on top of rent are around £100 per month, council tax included in rent.

Ideally available to move in from 15/02/26 or by mid March at the latest.
