A house for young professionals/mature students. There are 3 people in the house currently and there is a single room available from the 01/03/2026.

The house is located on Meadowbank Place, just off Lisburn Rd. There is a Tesco and a bus stop at the top of street. And is a 30 min walk from town. There is a train stop at the bottom of the street. And the city hospital and Boucher Rd are close by.

The house was extended at the rear. Which means the living room and kitchen are open planned. It is in a very quiet area also.

Internet is included in the rent. Electric is due every 3 months (4 times a year)…. Around £60 each (depending on how much is used).
The oil tank is filled once a year which should cover a year’s heating.
