Description
Hi, I'm Grace, I'm 25 years old and I'm looking for a housemate.
Your room will be the loft room, I renovated it when I bought the house and everything's brand new, It's huge, the biggest room in the house and it has these beautiful skylights that are so cozy on rainy nights, it's furnished but not decorated and I cant wait to see what you do with it!
The house itself is a cozy edwardian terrace just off the upper Ormeau road, It's got a cute, cozy living room with a warm fire and a beautiful modern kitchen.
It's just me living at the property, and it'll just be the two of us living here. I've owned the house for almost a year and I think I've got it to a really cozy, home-y state.
The location is genuinely fab, it's why I bought the house, you'll be within a 5 min walk of the park, library, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, three bars, two gyms, a bunch of charity shops and one million takeaways, coffee shops and restaurants (I haven't paid for food delivery since I moved in because everything's on your doorstep).
Bus links into town are fab and you're only a 10 min cycle from city centre along the car-free embankment which is super convenient. Only 5 minutes by bike to Queens university through Botanic.
I'm 25 and I work from home in IT. I don't smoke and I rarely drink. I run/gym almost every day, and I'm very involved in the local queer community, if you are too then I'm sure we have mutual friends!
As a queer woman, I know how hard housing can be for queer people and would prefer another queer person but I'm open to living with anyone respectful.
I own the house so it's important to me that everything works, is pretty, warm and that it's a nice place to live (no more landlord horror stories).
The listed price includes bills, Wi-Fi etc, so it should work out slightly cheaper than similar rooms in the area, although ideally you'll pick this one because you love it and not for the few pounds a week it saves you over the next one.
I'm not fussy about how long you plan to stay for and flexible with regards to rental terms, there's no minimum stay and I'm open to chatting about shorter-term rentals.
I look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have :)
