Contract Length and dates - 44 weeks - until 11/07/2026 ( possible summer extension to 29/08/2026
Price - £249 per week - choose to pay monthly, termly or annually
No deposit required
(If not a current Student Roost resident then a £250 Advance Rent Payment is required upon booking which will be credited to the final rent instalment)
Guarantor required
Replacement must be student registered in a current academic course.
If you could please give me your Name and email and I will pass it on to the office and they’ll take it from there.
