Facilities)
Downstairs on the first floor, there are a number of facilities for anyone to utilise. There is a study area, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, a TV lounge and a games room, including a pool table.

Location)
A stone's throw from Ulster University, and located at the nexus of the M1, M2 and M3 motorways, one can bypass the majority of city traffic coming to or leaving from 123 York Street. The eighth floor room itself offers a great view, looking out over the Westlink and the mountains beyond. The Cathedral Quarter also offers many restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, including Victoria Square. There is also no shortage of parking nearby as well, with bus stops for city travel, and Grand Central Station a mere 30 minute walk away.


Inside, the room has a 3/4 double bed, a desk, plenty of storage (above the desk and under the bed, as well as a closet with a rail for hangers), an AC/fan/heater, and an en suite with a shower.

The shared common room and kitchen has all the basic ammenities, such as a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob, a fridge and freezer, as well as a table, a sofa and a TV.


The accomodation staff also hold events such as film nights, teambuilding exercises, treats and competitions, almost every day of the week, so there's always something to do.

Those you'll be staying with are considerate and friendly and take on their share of the housework in the common area, not leaving it in a state.
