2professional males seeking housemate for one year

2 professional males looking for a housemate for a year. the house is in a good area, extended kitchen with washing machine and dryer, upstairs and downstairs bathroom, large shared livingroom and a decent sized back garden. the bedroom isn't the biggest but it has a double bed. We both work 9-5 and are pretty social. in bed most nights about 11 but we go out at the weekends. Looking for someone who is pretty chill and wants to join in on movie nights or some food.
