Hello my name is Barry and I’m moving away to Australia on the 14th of may and need the room gone for the 1st of may no earlier no later so please read the post and offer no other dates.
Rent will be £300 pm with the WiFi coming in at £12. Electricity is on you on how much you use per week as you have to top up the machine.
The house is very close to queens uni and queens uni gym as well as many shops and food places with Dunnes being not far for big shops.
It is close to ormeau road which also has loads of shops and a lovley park to walk around.
30 min walk for city centre as well as many buses running from the top of the road
