I am vacating my room in Nelson Place on the 8th of May, and it will be free from the 9th of May with the tenancy period ending on the 11th of July. The room is an ensuite gold room, more information can be found on Student Roost's website. The rent is £180/week, with bills included, and fast Wi-Fi (420 Mbps down, 170 Mbps up). The kitchen is shared with 4 other people, 5 total. It is on the 6th floor, and there are both lifts and stairs. There are laundry facilities onsite.
