One double room needing filled ASAP

I’m looking for a new roommate as my previous one had to leave suddenly due to person reasons. The room is available immediately, and you can stay anytime from now until at least the start of September 27, with the option to extend up to next year if needed.
The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We are two students who have a placement year so both be working. We are tidy, respectful and will not be a crazy house. Perfect for students, workers, or anyone needing a stable place for the year.
