Hi everyone!

I'm looking for new housemates to join a lovely 4-bedroom house on Farnham Street (BT7 2FL) from 1st September. My current housemates are moving out due to work relocations and personal reasons, and I'd like to continue living here as I've really enjoyed the house and the location.

About the House

- 4-bedroom house in a quiet and convenient location
- Spacious shared kitchen with all essential appliances
- Comfortable living area
- 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, making mornings much easier for everyone
- Walking distance to Queen's University, Botanic area, shops, restaurants, and public transport
- Friendly and relaxed atmosphere

Monthly cost: Approximately £450–£460 per month including all bills (electricity, gas, internet, water, etc.), even during the winter months.

About Me

I'm Arnav, originally from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. I completed my Master's in Data Analytics at Queen's University Belfast and am now working full-time in the data field in Belfast.

I'm a vegetarian and would ideally prefer vegetarian or vegetarian-friendly housemates, although the most important thing is finding respectful, clean, and considerate people to share the house with.

I'm easy-going, friendly, and enjoy keeping a balanced lifestyle. Some of my interests include:
