Short term room available for students on placement or somebody coming for a conference in Belfast/Lisburn or surrounding areas.
Prices - (1-3 nights) £70 per night
Mon - Friday (4 nights) - £240
Mon - Friday X 4 weeks - £430

We have four cats and a dog so must be ok with animals. Lovely big back garden.
Bills included including - heating, electricity, TV license.
Bedroom has a TV in it.
Available during the week only. On street parking. Quiet area. Bus stop nearby.
Within five miles of Lagan valley hospital, royal victoria hospital, Belfast city hospital etc
Room only suitable for a single person only. Quiet household. No parties.
Free tea/coffee/milk/sugar and toast.
