There's a shared kitchen/diner which is very spacious and a bathroom with a bath. Utility cupboard has a washer/drying and the small internal hallway has enough space for a bike.

The building itself is really well situated. It's a half an hour walk from town or a 2 minute walk from 2 different bus routes. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, gyms and bars etc all within walking distance. The other residents in the building keep to themselves and are friendly if passed in the building.

Gas and Electricity are done by a pay as you go top up card which can be topped up at the local co-op which is a 2 minute walk away.
