Room to rent Belfast

Spacious room to rent in Belfast. This is effectively a whole house rental. I maintain a room there but myself and husband only visit occaisionally (every 1-2 months). You will have entire house to self 90% of time.

3 bed house, 2 reception rooms, bright kitchen, period property. Off road parking, private back garden.

Very light garden work reuquested (please cut grass, and some spot weeding please).

Happy to accept couples.

Room to rent currently has king sized bed. Small second bedroom available with standing desk for WFH when I am not there.

I have few photos as i am away from house and current agreed lodgers fell through. I have video of room and other photos to share.
