Double en-suite room. Flat in city centre

Hi, my flatmate is moving away in September. Our tenancy runs until June 2027. The flat will be available 13th September. I’m in university, 3rd year next year.

The rent is £525 not including bills. The room has a double bed and a bathroom. The flat is right in the city centre right next to Elms BT1, there is a parking garage for cars.

I don’t mind pets, don’t mind if you smoke just not cigarettes in the house please. And guests are welcome of course.

I’m looking for someone I’d genuinely get along with rather than just someone to split the rent with. I don’t care where you’re from, what you believe, or anything like that. I’d just like someone friendly, respectful, and reasonably clean.

The flat is cosy and we’re gradually improving it. We’ve been painting walls, replacing tiles, and updating furniture. The landlord is great and always helpful when anything comes up.

The flat has no tumble dryer but a washing machine.
