The building has Secure entry, fast WiFi, on-site management, shared kitchen/living area, and a great location directly beside UU Belfast campus. Close to shops, and transport links.

Contract and cost
£163 per week (All bills included in this)
Deposit £250
Tenancy runs September 2026 till July 2027
Guarantor required ( standard for student accommodation )

Im no longer taking up my tenancy, therefore I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
