The bathroom and toilet are shared, and there is a large lounge, dining area, and galley kitchen with all the mod cons.

There is a small yard where you can chill out/smoke, with garden furniture and parasol.

The area is really quiet, and has a friendly vibe amongst the neighbours. Parking is on the street but there are always plenty of spaces.

The house is a 2 minute walk to the glider, a large Eurospar garage, Tesco, and M&S food. Ballyhackamore has a wealth of cafes, restaurants, and quirky shops.

I work in the media, and work from home 2 days a week, travel often for work, and spend most weekends with family in Dungannon, so you would have the place to yourself a lot.

Bills include electric Meter, Oil heating, broadband and TV licence which we would just split 50/50. Its not an expensive house to run.

I don't drink, so would prefer someone who isn't a big house drinker, no drugs, or parties/after parties.

A bit about myself, I am pretty chilled out, gay male, love my divas, fashion and trashy TV. I have lived with people from all walks of life and never had any issues. I do have a little Chihuahua/Jack Russell cross breed pup. She is so chilled out and friendly and completely toilet trained. I only have her part time.
