Room for rent on Botanic Avenue, Belfast

We are looking for a third flatmate (female only) for a flat share. The lease begins September 1st 2026 - August 20th 2027.
The flat is located on the first floor of the building, it’s a double room with a window and natural lighting and storage space. There is 1 bathroom that is shared with a shower/bath and a communal kitchen and living room.
The flat is 1 minute walk to Botanic train station, very close to bus stops and is 15-20 minute walk from Grand Central Station Belfast. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Queen’s Campus.
Myself and my best friend from secondary school are living together, I am a final year student and my friend is taking a year out to get experience. We are friendly, respectful, polite and tidy people and are looking for a flatmate who also share these qualities :)
