You would be sharing with 2 professionals and their gorgeous cat. Our home is a beautiful, period property opposite Campbell college. Belmont and Ballyhackamore are within walking distance with Belmont Park right beside us. We also have a bus stop at the top of our drive which takes you into town. The room is a large double looking out into the beautiful back garden. You also have access to your own private bathroom. Kitchen and utility room is fully shared. There is good storage both in the garage for bikes etc and in your own storage space. We’re a very quiet and respectful couple. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is it! All bills included ☺️
