Looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy for a premium, self-contained studio at Nelson Place. The contract is for an 11.5-month term, running strictly from 05 September 2026 to 28 August 2027.

Rent is £195 per week. This is an excellent value because all utility bills (electricity and hot/cold water), high-speed Wi-Fi, and contents insurance are fully included in the price.
