Double Room BT1

I'm renting out my spare room from August 1st. The room is a double room, in a 2 bed flat, in Belfast City Centre. The room is a double room with a king size bed, wardrobe, sofa and drawers. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Grand Central, City Hall and into town, so ideal for public transport. The Electric is paid quarterly and gas is top up.

I am almost 24, and have been living in this apartment for almost 4 years. Must be okay with animals as I have cat and a dog, who are very friendly and love the attention. I don't drink, so someone who drinks and/or goes out a lot would not be suitable. I like to keep my home clean and tidy, and sharing my home with someone who can't tidy after themselves is not for me. I enjoy spending time outdoors in nature, walks, beach, and spontaneous adventures. I enjoy company, but I also enjoy my own company and down time.

Ideal tenant is someone who I can get on with, who loves animals, clean and tidy, and someone who is looking for a place to call home, rather than just a room to rent.

I will be moving into my house in the next few months, in the same area. The room rental will continue in the new property, so you'll need to be happy with relocating when the time comes :)
