I’m looking for someone to take over my Silver En-suite room at Swanston House for the 2026/27 academic year.

Usually £191/pw is now £179/pw as the first instalment has been paid for.

Located ideally in Belfast City Centre, with everything being practically walking distance:

* Around 2 minutes to the city centre and City Hall
* Around 11 minutes to Ulster University
* Around 20 minutes to Queen’s University

The room is located on the very top floor, giving you great views across Belfast. The Silver En-suite is approximately 14m² and includes a private bathroom, small double bed, desk and plenty of storage. The kitchen and living area are shared with up to five other students.

Swanston House also has study and social spaces, a cinema room, outdoor courtyard, bike storage, on-site laundry and 24/7 support. A brand-new gym is opening in October 2026 and is included in the rent.

I’m only giving the room up because my university plans have changed and I’m no longer moving to Belfast.
