We are looking for someone to rent a double room in a recently refurbished townhouse, located just off Belmont road.

We are looking for a professional who is clean and respectful.

The furnished room is located on the second floor. It's really bright and spacious.

Very accessible to the city centre with great transport links. Free parking just outside. Victoria park is just down the road. A very peaceful street with everything you need just around the corner. Features a back garden with seating and bbq which is a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing in warmer months.

Interior includes a farmhouse style kitchen, antique maple flooring, large velvet sofa, marble dining table with original 70s cantilever chrome chairs, smeg fridge, along with other furnishings.
