Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s lease for a lovely ensuite room in our flat in central Belfast. She’s only moving out because she’s relocating to another country, so we’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel at home here. 🤍

Rent is £650 per month, with utilities/bills not included.

The room has its own private ensuite, and the flat is in a great central location while still being in a quiet, residential and family-friendly area.

A little about me, I’m friendly and easy-going, but I really value having a clean and comfortable home. I’m looking for someone who is also very clean and tidy, particularly when it comes to maintaining shared spaces.

I’d love for the flat to feel relaxed and comfortable for both of us, where we can be friendly while also respecting each other’s space and privacy. As the building and surrounding area are quite family-oriented, it wouldn’t be suitable for frequent parties or loud noise.
