Comfortable 4-bedroom house in Botanic area

The house is convenient to Queens and to Botanic station. It is comfortable with good decor. There is a large kitchen and sitting room and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher and automatic washing machine. The house is privately owned and was used by my 2 sons who have now moved from Belfast.
It would suit post-graduate students or young professionals. There is one tenant who would be interested in staying on but would move if 4 people wished to rent all 4 rooms.
