Double room available in a modern, duplex apartment in Old Bakers Court off the Ravenhill Road. The room is available for rent from 1st August 2013 and we are looking for someone to replace a current tenant's name on the contract from this time.
This is a three bedroom apartment and the available room is furnished with a double bed, bedside locker, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have a large open plan living area with a comfy sofa, chairs, TV, dinning table and chairs. The kitchen is fitted with a large fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer etc. There are two bathrooms in the property.
The rent is £250 per month and this includes access to the gym onsite and secure underground car parking is available. Gas and electricity are billed quarterly and we have Sky TV and broadband installed. These bills are split three ways. The apartment is located in a quiet complex which is within walking distance to a shop/garage and Ormeau Park. We are close to restaurants/cafes/bars etc on the Ormeau Road and are within a 15-20 min walk to the city centre.
You would be sharing with two female flatmates aged 25/26. We both work 9-5 Monday - Friday so we are pretty quiet during the week but we enjoy going to gigs, cinema, pubs, watching movies/boxsets etc. We are pretty laid back but like to keep the place clean and tidy. We would like to find someone of a similar age range with similar interests who would be considerate, trustworthy, reliable and friendly!
