Female housemate wanted to share a double bedroom

I am a PhD student in queens university. I am looking to share a double bedroom flat in Bradbury court with a female tenant (Preferably students) for a period of three months from July to September. The landlord of the house is excellent. Any issues with the house will be taken care of immediately. the apartment is located in a safe locality right opposite city hospital, very close to queens university. If interested please contact me.
