Double room available in great house off ormeau ro

Hi,

I'm a 27 y/o professional male looking for someone to take a double room in a great house of Ormeau Road. The house is a large 3 story house with four rooms a large living/dining room and a very modern kitchen.

I'm fairly laid back and easy to live with, I do go out the odd time during the week but generally wait until the weekend. I'm fairly sporty watch a bit of TV and keep all the communal area clean and tidy. Happy to live with anyone of any gender, age etc as long as their sociable.

The rent is £325 a month not including bills which would be roughly another £75 a month. The house has Sky TV and broadband, gas heating, dishwasher and washing machine.

My current flatmate is moving out in October although would be willing to leave earlier if needed
