If you are looking for a modern, clean and tidy apartment close to the city centre (10 mins walk) and local amenities (Cinema, Tesco Express, Theater, Filthy McNasty's... everything that's on Dublin Road)- this is the room for you!

The room comes with your private bathroom, a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands and bedside lamps.
We are on the second floor facing the internal courtyard, hence very quiet. Also included in the rent there is a gym which is shared with the rest of the building. Bills add up to max £40 a month - depending on gas usage which works on a top-up system. When signing the contract you will need to provide a deposit of £350 (1 month's rent) as well as pay a £75+vat agency fee. Parking is NOT available.

I am a professional working 9-5, often away for work during the week, so tend to prefer quieter weekends. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking (for my self AND others ;)) and spending evenings chatting away about all and nothing. I'm not big on night outs and definitely not a party animal. I prefer quieter evenings, dinners with friends and watching a good movie. I'm Italian, but have been living in the UK since I was 21. I moved to Belfast about a year and a half ago and have found this apartment to be perfect under every aspect.

As far as flat sharing goes, I like living in a clean and tidy place, and I would appreciate sharing with someone on the same wavelength. I would also highly appreciate living with someone who is considerate of others and ESPECIALLY respectful of my hours of sleep. I work a lot, and need to be able to have peace and quiet when I get home, particularly at weekends if I have been travelling all week. Based on experience I can guarantee that If you have a tendency for getting drunk and/or bringing people around in the middle of the night being loud ... we are most likely not going to get along.
