2 Rooms to let in newly refurbished house

Hello I'm Hannah. I have moved from Dungannon to Belfast for my work and are looking to rent out 2 rooms in my lovely new house.

I am 23, I work full time and my interests are the usual ones... yeno fitness, tv, having a drink without sounding like an alcoholic and would love to rent out the two rooms to two similar people who are easy going and clean.

No couples please. I don't want to be a third wheel...

So about the house I have recently bought a house on Bloomfield Avenue and have completely refurbished everything along with new carpets, fresh wall painting and tiled floors.

House is right beside local shops and bus routes. Also has on street parking.

Kitchen has been completely redone with all new appliances including a fridge freezer; oven & hob; washing machine dryer.

I have put in a wood burning stove in Living Room which cuts down on gas fired heating costs significantly.

Bedroom 1 - is slightly bigger and costs £260. 00 per month - it includes a new double bed along with mattress - can provide more furniture at a negotiated price.

Bedroom 2 - is slightly smaller and costs £220. 00 per month - it includes a new double bed along with mattress - can provide more furniture at a negotiated price.

Bathroom has also been completely redone...
