I have a 3 bedroom townhouse within 5 minutes walk of the Stormont front gates at present I don't live in the house but will soon be returning to live there. It had Virgin Media hi speed wireless internet, gas central heating, washing machine, tumbler dryer and a dishwasher. There is also a large 10cu ft larder fridge in the garage. There is ample car parking for more than one car as I at present do not own a one and a 5 minutes walk takes you to the nearest bus stop with an 4A bus straight to the city centre the same bus runs to the Ulster Hospital in Dundonald.
At present I am not at the house but will be there from the Tuesday 18th February so from the the house will be available for viewing.
