I am a 26 year old professional (male) who has lived in the apartment for the past 2. 5 years and am now looking for someone else to move in, as my current flatmate is moving out at the end of the month (April)
Rent does not include Internet or Electricity bills which I am happy to split.
The apartment offers stunning views over both Belfast Lough and Titanic Quarter as you can see in the attached pictures.
My preference is to share with another young professional in their 20s or early 30s, either male or female, who is social, outgoing, enjoys sports / keeping fit and going for a few drinks.
