I have a spacious double room in a clean, and comfortable home available for just £350 pcm (including bills). There is a small but fully fitted kitchen, large sitting room and smaller family/dining room, both with TV, DVD and music available. The house has off road parking, back garden, is near to shopping centres, sports facilities and Lagan towpath. There is a regular bus service into Belfast City Centre - which is only 4 miles away. I am an active, sociable professional female who works full-time Monday - Friday. My ideal housemate would be someone who would respect my home as if it was their own.
