Hi, I have a double room available in a really nice and quiet area of East Belfast. The room includes a double bed and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage.

The house itself is modernly decorated with a spacious living/dining room. Electric is topped up by card and heating is oil, both will be split equally. Broadband is included in the rent.

The house is located on a quiet street off Castlereagh & Cregagh Road and is very close to both the 5a and 6a bus stops, providing easy access to the city and forest side.

I am easy going and relaxed and would like to live with someone similar.

The room is available immediately, and until 31st March 2015. Due to the nature of my lease, the potential housemate will need to provide an employment reference and sign a contract with the landlord.
