5 minute walk to train station which is only 2 stops from Central station, bus stop across the road (£11 weekly ticket to city centre), local amenities all close by - winemark, chip shop, shop, beauticians and hairdressers.
I enjoy socialising with friends, spending time with family, a wee drink in the house to unwind at times but no parties, clean and respectable, work Mon-fri 9-5, go to gym (well try too), friendly but enjoy my own space at times too
